About Us

Joan's Sunnyside B&B opened in March of 2002. After 35 years in the teaching profession, Joan welcomed a new venture. With some minor renovations, we converted our home into a B&B and have enjoyed meeting all the guests who have stayed here. Our B&B is ideally situated because it is only 9 - 10 minutes from downtown London, is close to the UWO and University Hospital.  We are within walking distance to dozens of stores at the mall, the movie theatre and many restaurants. Joan enjoys the compliments from our guests about her breakfasts and is always happy to exchange recipes.
