Highbury Ave. St Thomas. Go NORTH (not south as Map Quest says) for about 20 minutes ..... field on the NW corner and a Petro Canada gas station on thw SW corner.

From Toronto:

Take the second exit for London from 401, called Highbury Ave. and go north about 20 minutes to lights at Fanshawe Park Road. There is an Early Bird Cafe on the north east corner and a farmer's field on the north west corner. Turn left on Fanshawe Park Rd. and in about 4 or 5 minutes you will see McDonald's on the left hand side. Turn left at the lights at McDonalds (North Center Rd.). In about 2 minutes you will see a stop sign (Sunnyside Drive). turn left onto Sunnyside Drive. The first street on the left after the town houses is Sunnyside Cresc. Turn left and Joan's Sunnyside B&B is a grey house #321, about 5 houses down on the right hand side.

From Windsor:

Take the Wellington Ave. turn off for London from 401. Go north about 15 minutes until Wellington ends. You will be at Pall Mall. Turn left on Pall Mall and go one block to Richmond St. Turn right on Richmond street and travel about 7-8 minutes north until you see two stop lights close together. The first stop light is the top of Western Rd. where it meets Richmond (there are condos on the right hand side). The second light is Sunnyside Drive on the right, Shavian Blvd. on the left. Turn right on Sunnyside Drive and go past the stop sign and the condos on the left. Sunnyside Cres. is the first street on the left after the condos. #321 is a grey house about 5 houses down on the right.
